Processing & Fulfillment


Orders are processed in the order they are received.

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Pre-order items require additional production time. Please allow 3–4 weeks before your order ships. Estimated timelines may vary slightly based on production.


Shipping


Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are determined by the selected carrier and are separate from processing times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Changes & Cancellations


Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after processing has begun.

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.


Returns & Exchanges


Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Limited Releases


Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Availability is not guaranteed once an item sells out, and restocks may not occur.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available.
